(NightFaLL) so it's either fitness conditioning, which is aerobics/weightlifting (which I already lift)
(NightFaLL) or fitness walking, fitness running, swimnastics or fitness swimming
(NightFaLL) I love to swim and it's an amazing workout I'm told swimming laps
(NightFaLL) I'm wanting to use it to get my endurance up
(NightFaLL) I can throw up 315 on the bench
(NightFaLL) but I can't rep out more than like 8 on 225
(NightFaLL) so I figure swimming will be a good way to cut/build endurance

(NightFaLL) so it makes it easier for bigger people to work out
